Flights.ca is a website owned and operated by Red Label Vacations Inc. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all users of this website. By using this website you agree solely to these Terms and Conditions, as written and listed on this page for this website (Flights.ca). By using this website you also consent to the terms laid out in the Flights.ca.ca Privacy Policy. You also agree to the terms and conditions of the respective tour company/operator, airline, cruise line, car or hotel providing the travel product you are purchasing (e.g., vacation packages, flights, hotel reservations, cruise packages, etc.). The Rules and Regulations (or Terms & Conditions) for the, airline, etc. providing the customer’s selected product are made available during the booking process via a featured link to their Terms and Conditions.
It is the responsibility of the user to read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Flights.ca., hereby known in these Terms and Conditions as Flights.ca, before purchasing travel services through the Flights.ca website and/or its affiliate sites. We reserve the right to update and/or modify these Terms when needed. It is the responsibility of the user to return to this page to review updated versions of our Terms of Use / Terms & Conditions.
Users of the Flights.ca website shall be referred to as 'the customer' in these Terms & Conditions (also known collectively as “The Agreement”.)
Responsibility of this Website
Flights.ca (DBA Red Label Vacations Inc.) is a licensed travel agency in the province of Ontario and throughout Canada. As such, it offers the service of providing reservations and travel information, as provided by various third party suppliers to the customer. As a condition of use for this website, customers purchasing travel product on Flights.ca certify that they have reached the age of majority in the province of Ontario, 18 years of age, as well as the age of majority in their province of residence. If a customer is under the age of majority they must book travel services over the phone and be able to offer live, vocal proof of permission from a valid adult legal guardian and email or fax in a parental consent letter. Alternatively, the minor may book in person at our offices, accompanied by a legal guardian (with valid supporting identification). Flights.ca is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our users and being open about our policies. Please view our online Privacy Policy for more details.
Pricing and Content Shown on Flights.ca
All prices within this website are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated and are most commonly displayed as priced in “CAD” but are also priced in American dollars and are most commonly stated as priced in “USD”. There are circumstances where you may be able to change the currency for purchasing “Hotel Only” packages. Once your preferred currency selection is made, the chosen currency must show alongside the listed Hotel package (e.g., EUR, GBP) in order to purchase the product in that particular currency. Some airport fees, taxes and baggage fees, where applicable, may not be included in the pricing. Baggage fees vary depending on the airline the customer is booking with. It is the responsibility of the customer to read the individual baggage handling policies of their airline. It is advised to secure your seat in advance if available/offered by the airline. Seat Selection is an additional fee charged by the airline. All prices on this website are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes in pricing that may occur before, during or after a purchase, as a result of an airline change, are not the responsibility of Flights.ca. Once a booking is confirmed, pricing CANNOT be adjusted (pending bookings not included). Please note that pricing and availability on Flights.ca is not guaranteed until confirmed and full payment is processed. There can be moments when an advertised price on this site may differ from the final confirmed price. This may be a direct result of an unavoidable delay between the third party service provider and the most current, consolidator or airline selling price. Should there be a discrepancy between the initial advertised price shown on the website and that of the actual airline or consolidator selling price; the latter, confirmed-final price shall prevail.
All informational content, such as hotel and destination information on this website is provided only as a guideline and may not be an exact representation. Flights.ca is aware that the customer is in demand of accurate information and as a result makes every effort possible to make sure that the content within this website is up-to-date. However, due to constant changes and occasional circumstances beyond our control some of the hotel and destination information within this website may not be entirely accurate. Flights.ca makes every effort to ensure that information and images on this website are as close a representation as possible but cannot be held responsible for changes or inaccuracies beyond our control.
Airport Check-in, Reconfirmation/Seat Selection Numbers
Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. All passengers should arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to flight departure. Check-in opens at least 3 hours prior to the flight and can close as early as 1 hour prior to departure, please check your boarding pass for exact time to be at your departure gate. For security reasons, all passengers must be present for check-in. You will not be allowed to board, nor will you be entitled to a refund, if you have not checked-in by the minimum airline requirement. It is your responsibility to contact the airline and reconfirm your flight 12 - 24 hours prior to departure. If Flights.ca is aware of a change, every effort will be made to advise you directly.
Best Price Guaranteed – Prior to confirming your reservation
Flights.ca will match any genuine price quote provided the price is not below cost. While Flights.ca will make every attempt to provide the lowest pricing, occasionally circumstances beyond our control may prevent us from providing the lowest price. These circumstances may include but are not limited to group pricing, blocked space pricing, at source discounts, and exclusive price agreements. Flights.ca reserves the right to request a written price quote on any fare that is being matched. Prices are only guaranteed at time of booking and will not be lowered once the booking is complete. Price changes made by the airline or tour operator after a booking has been completed cannot be matched retroactively.
Car Rentals:
If a car rental is included in your booking, please be aware that car rental companies, and governments in every jurisdiction, determine the minimum age that applies to your booking. If the driver does not meet the minimum age requirement in a particular jurisdiction, the car rental will be denied. Please be aware that you will need a valid driver’s license and dependent on the country requirements, an international driver’s license. You will also need a valid credit card, in some cases it must be in the driver’s name, for any car rental. Some car rental depots will require a deposit. Fees and taxes may be applicable to be paid locally and are not covered by Flights.ca.
Cruise:
Cruise Line Flights:
• If you have elected to buy flights arranged by your cruise line, please be aware that cruise lines do not confirm airlines, routing, dates and times until two or three weeks prior to departure.Cruise Line Departure Times:
• Cruise lines must adhere to their departure times from port. It is highly recommended you allow sufficient time to get to your cruise to allow for any flight delays. You may choose to travel the day before your cruise with an overnight in their port of embarkation to ensure you are on time for the departure.• Cruise Packages include the price of the return flight (to and from the port of call or an airport close by) plus taxes and airport fees, the prices of the cabin reservation and other included cruise vacation related activities, meals, etc. Extra payments such as drink purchases, onboard gratuities, excursion costs, etc. are unrelated to the booking price of a Cruise Vacation Package and are not the responsibility of Flights.ca.
• Cruise lines from time to time must change itineraries, skip ports of call or even substitute vessels for safety, weather, or other reasons.These events are beyond the control of Flights.ca and the cruise lines and are not subject to compensation or refunds.
Payment
Payment for online bookings is required in full at the time of purchase and charged once tickets are issued. Online purchases can be made with North American credit cards only using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Airfare purchases are 100% non-refundable. The credit card holder and/or payee (if payment is in cash tender) on the booking is the person with whom Flights.ca has the contract/ agreement to provide travel services to and it this person with whom Flights.ca is liable to. All fraudulent purchases will be investigated and prosecuted.
If you are using a third party credit card (the use of a credit card that does not belong to any of the passengers on file) the booking may not be confirmed. Reservations are only confirmed once a verification process is conducted that mitigates the risk of fraud for that booking. Rates and availability are subject to change until the booking is confirmed (payment is processed).
Please be advised that availability may be limited and prices are subject to changes on pending reservations. Vacancy, accommodations and ticket prices will only be reserved/ confirmed once the file is paid for in full.
Confirmation and Delivery
After a booking is made, the customer will receive an email confirming the purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information is accurate at the time of booking (travel dates, destinations, names, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.). Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the customer to verify that the information on the confirmation email is in accordance with the travel product that they have purchased. If there is a discrepancy between the information on the confirmation email and that of what the customer has booked, the customer MUST contact our offices during our regular business hours 1-855-943-4360 or via email: travel@flights.ca (hotel & car bookings), air@flights.ca (air bookings) immediately.
Important Information about Ticket Delivery
Your electronic tickets (e-tickets) and supporting information will be sent to you by email (to the address you have indicated in your booking form) within 48 hours of a confirmed booking. Please be sure to set permissions and check your spam filters/ junk mail folders associated with your email account as e-tickets or other Flights.ca correspondence may be/ have been accidentally filtered into these folders by your email provider.

Documentation
For Travel outside of Canada, most countries require a valid passport for at least 6 months beyond your return date. You may also require a visa depending on the country you are visiting and your passport’s country of issue. You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that you and all travelling companions have the appropriate documentation to gain entry to the chosen destination and for re-entry back into Canada upon return. You confirm that the spelling of all passenger names entered during the booking process are correct and are how they appear in their travel documentation. You understand that if any changes to the names are required after this booking is made, supplier imposed charges will apply. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain all the necessary documents, such as valid passports and visas, required to gain entry into the destination country. Obtaining passports and visas may require lengthy processing times; it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all required documentation is received before travel departure.
Be sure to read the Terms and Conditions (or Rules and Regulations) of airline or providing your travel services specifically if a traveller is pregnant or has another medical situation or condition. Different rules may apply to different airlines, consolidators, etc. and certain conditions are beyond the control of Flights.ca.
It is recommended that children under 18 years of age who are travelling alone or with only one parent/guardian, should have a notarized letter of authorization signed by the parent/ guardian who is not traveling or if both parents/guardians are not travelling with the child. Immunizations may be required to gain entry into certain destinations and/or to gain re-entry back into Canada. The traveller is responsible for ensuring that they are to up to date with all requirements in this matter.
For information on Canadian requirements regarding provisions on immunizations, passports, visas, etc. please visit http://travel.gc.ca/ It is recommended that travellers contact the destination country’s embassy in Canada with further questions before they depart. Flights.ca accepts no liability if you are refused entry onto a flight or into any country due to your failure to carry the correct and adequate passport, visa, or other travel documents required by the airline, authority, or country, including countries you may be transiting through. This includes all stops made by the aircraft, even if you do not leave the aircraft or airport.
Cancellation
Air Bookings:
• When canceling an air booking, it must be canceled within the same day of ticketing/booking to void cancellation fees and receive a refund. This is only applicable if the cancellation is made the same day it was booked; up until 23:59.• Airfare purchases made after the day of booking/ticketing are 100% non-refundable. All air purchases may be permitted a change (e.g., a name change on file) for a fee that is determined by the,airline or consolidator, as well as an additional service fee of $75.00 CAD plus HST/GST from Flights.ca . Any changes to a booking must be requested in writing. It is highly recommended that the customer purchase travel insurance in order to protect themselves against the loss of their purchase due to unforeseen circumstances.
Hotel, Car and Cruise Bookings:
• Cancellations and/or changes may result in a 100% penalty. Some changes may be permitted, for a fee, which is determined by the consolidator, as well as an additional service fee of $25.00 CAD plus HST/GST from Flights.ca. Any changes to a booking must be requested in writing. It is highly recommended that the customer purchase travel insurance in order to protect themselves against the loss of their purchase due to unforeseen circumstances.Insurance
For every sale, Flights.ca offers the option to purchase travel insurance to cover the customer against any unforeseen circumstances that may occur prior to, during or after your trip. There are different types of insurance packages available and the purchase of insurance is an optional decision to the customer. Flights.ca highly recommends purchasing travel insurance. If the customer wants to make an insurance claim, it is their responsibility to contact the insurance company as soon as possible. Please contact us if you require more information regarding travel insurance.
Customer Claims
You must notify Flights.ca, via e-mail at corporatesales@flights.ca or by mail to the address indicated below*, of any claim you may have against Flights.ca. Any claim or complaint against Flights.ca or in respect to the Trip Service must be promptly submitted within 25 days after the scheduled day of consummation of the product or service (e.g. check out date). Any claim or complaint that is submitted after the 25 days period may be rejected, and the claimant will forfeit the right to any compensation/refund.

Departure Taxes
Some destinations charge a fee to all passengers when they are departing. This is called a departure tax and in most cases it is not paid in advance, but at the airport when checking in for the return flight. Please refer to www.travel.gc.ca for applicable fees.
Hotel Check-in/Check-out times
The check-in time for most hotels is 3:00 pm and check-out time can be as early as 11:00 am, regardless of your arrival or departure times. Please refer to your hotel accommodation voucher for actual check-in and check-out dates as this may differ from your departure and return date. Check-in policies differ by hotel and will, therefore, vary. Many hotels may offer hospitality areas for customers who may be without their room for some time; however, this arrangement is solely at the discretion of the hotel. Customers wishing to make arrangements for a late check-out and baggage storage must arrange this service directly with the hotel and charges may apply. We do not accept responsibility for any inconvenience or loss arising from these types of arrangements. Some hotels may require you to leave a credit card imprint or cash deposit upon check-in to provide security for miscellaneous charges such as telephone calls.
Hotel Only Reservations: Pre-paid and Paid Locally
• All Prices quoted may vary based on current daily exchange rate.• Some rates carry special restrictions and conditions, for example non-cancelable and non-refundable. Check the relevant product, service, and reservation conditions and details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. Obvious errors and mistakes (including misprints) are not legally binding.
• Any changes to, or cancellation of, a hotel reservation may result in 100% penalties and/or a service fee of $25.00 CAD plus HST/GST from Flights.ca.
• Any incidental charges will be assessed directly to you by the hotel upon check-out. Examples: Parking, Phone Calls, Room Service, etc.
• Hotel rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra persons (including children) must be stipulated at the time of booking.
• Guests must be at least 18 to 25 years of age at time of check-in (depending on individual hotel policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
• No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, will be given
• Prepaid hotel reservations will be charged to your credit card when you complete your reservation
• If your hotel is to be paid locally, please note that the price shown does NOT include any applicable hotel taxes. Exact taxes and any other charges applicable to your hotel stay will be billed by the hotel. Most hotels are charged locally upon check out unless otherwise specified or charged to your credit card

Minimum Age
Most hotels, cruise lines and car rentals have a minimum age requirement. Many cruise lines have a minimum age of 21 in a cabin without an accompanying adult of at least 25 years of age (ages and terms may vary). Student groups are not permitted at certain hotels during Reading Week, March Break etc. Please read the Mandatory Information provided during the booking process or contact our offices during our regular business hours at 1-855-943-4360. Car rental reservations will have this information under the heading Product Information and Additional Fees during the online booking process.
Special Requests
If you make a special request for a room allocation, adjoining rooms, bed type, airline seating, etc. please note that these requests are not guaranteed, and Flights.ca cannot be held responsible for requests that are not granted. Additionally, failure to meet special requests will not constitute as a breach of contract by Flights.ca. Flights.ca cannot guarantee that any request or communication will be duly and timely received/read by, complied with, executed, or accepted by the supplier.
Travellers with Special Needs/Requirements
At Flights.ca we value the needs of all our clients and want to ensure your vacation is accessible for you and those travelling with you. Flights.ca is a retailer for the third party suppliers and is in no way responsible for incidents brought upon or caused by any of the third party suppliers.
When the customer purchases travel services through Flights.ca they must refer to the appropriate third party supplier’s Terms & Conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to refer to the appropriate third party supplier for the Terms & Conditions that are specific to their travel services.
Flights.ca cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature whatsoever whether to person or property that may arise from the purchase of any travel services through this website. By purchasing travel services through this website you, the customer, hereby understands and agrees without modification to the terms and conditions listed above.

Flights.ca's Privacy Policy and Responsibility To Our Users
At Flights.ca we take great care in ensuring the privacy, security and confidentially of our customers and web users. It is of the utmost importance that we are able to hold the trust of everyone who visits Flights.ca, while at the same time obtaining the ability to ensure that our site is as efficient and user friendly as possible.
Flights.ca (Flights.ca) is compliant with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Document Act of Canada.
When booking/purchasing travel on Flights.ca: Why information is collected
When selecting a vacation package we require personal information in order to proceed. It is necessary to have the full names of all passengers (as they appear on travel documents), the dates of birth for each passenger and the address of the person making the booking for travel planning and security protocols and a valid email address of the main booking client. Credit card information (full number, expiry date and security access code) is gathered for all purchases made online or through a telephone booking with one of our Travel Specialists. All this information is considered “personal information”.
All personal information collected during the booking process is protected by our secure network using SSL technology protocols and normal private network security systems. SSL technology also encrypts your credit card information before it is sent to the supplier / tour operator.
It is necessary to obtain your email address so we can send all itinerary information, e-tickets and other documents you may require for travel.
Booking on the phone or in person: How information is collected and stored
Our travel specialists and online support staff are consummate professionals who take the handling of personal and sensitive information very seriously. Whether a client is dealing with their representative in person, over the phone or by email, our privacy policy remains the same. Information is transferred into its permanent digital home where files are protected and encrypted. Hardcopies with personal information are disposed of safely and as quickly as possible.
Phone calls are recorded for quality assurance and training purposes and are kept temporarily on an internal secure server.
When personal information is shared within and outside of Flights.ca
Travel specialists and web reservation assistants at Flights.ca use third party software and databases to process travel arrangements and also share information with the tour operator/company and with airlines or hotel providers providing the travel product (e.g., Air Canada, Nolitours, Transat, Hotels.com, etc.), as well as payment processors. Networks used to access these travel partners are highly secure and our partners only use client information such as names, dates of birth, secured credit card information, etc. for the purposes of administration with travel plans, processing payments, fraud verification, account collection (when applicable) and to enforce security protocols. Procedures when accessing external databases and our internal travel and accounting database are stringent, with security being the main priority.
How sensitive personal information is handled:
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of information that is under our control. We use special encryption tools to protect your information, so the information you share in order to purchase services will only be seen by you, by us - here at Flights.ca and with the tour operator or airline in order to complete your travel plans. Your information will only be viewed by the online representative who is processing your file and preparing your travel documents. Furthermore, a Flights.ca IT support worker may have brief access to your file should an issue arise with your booking. Full credit card numbers are not visible on our end.
Should Flights.ca need to charge a further amount or re-charge a credit card due to an error, then the customer will be notified before any actions are taken.
How information is collected and used for marketing purposes
A request for continued email communications relating to marketing correspondence with our customers is an opt-in choice and is not mandatory to complete a booking.
When entering a contest on Flights.ca, we require an email address and basic contact information, so we may notify participants in the event that they have won. We do not use email addresses collected from contest entries to inform users of new products, services and travel updates unless they specifically opt in to subscribe and/or enter a contest that clearly states they will be receiving these types of notifications from us. Our email newsletter contains a “web beacon pixel” which can tell us whether emails are being opened and which links are being clicked on. You can opt to receive emails in HTML form (plain text) by selecting that option using your email service provider or simply choose not to activate the “view/download photos” option, in which case the beacon pixel/analytics software will not be activated.
If you choose not to receive future marketing communications from us: you can send an E-mail to unsubscribe@flights.ca or click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email communication. In the event that you may win one of our contests, we reserve the right to publish your full name and city of origin on our website.

Flights.ca does not record or monitor your web browser cookies or your IP address during routine visits to our site. Using analytic tools we are able to note the internet browser you are using to view our site. We use this information in order to optimize the functionality of our site for specific web browsers only.
IP addresses are only noted (not stored) when a travel purchase is made. This is done to guard against possible fraudulent behaviour. This information is not shared with a third party.
Parameters involved with external advertising featured on the site (outside links, web cookies, etc.) are not under the control of Flights.ca and are covered under separate private policies. In order to control / monitor pop-ups, web cookies, etc., please view the tool options available to you on your web browser.
Flights.ca is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of outside websites. The extended reach of Flights.ca on social platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, is not governed by the Flights.ca Privacy Policy, and instead follows the rules, regulations and privacy policies of those external sites.
Who is authorized to make purchases on Flights.ca
Although this site is suitable for people of all ages, only adults over 18 years of age are able to book travel services online. If you are under 18 years of age you may purchase travel services over the phone with a legal guardian present or by coming into our offices with a letter of consent from a parent or legal guardian.
If you are booking travel for someone else it is up to you to obtain consent from that individual to share their personal information (e.g. contact details, credit card numbers, etc.). Our verification procedures keep any unwanted charges from occurring on yours or a third party’s credit card.
All fraudulent purchases will be investigated and prosecuted.
